If a deposit form is not received with the deposit we can refuse to sell you a puppy as the deposit form is paper work
that we need to put into your folder.
I understand that the deposit is non-refundable and is a retainer to hold a puppy in my name. I understand that
my deposit can be applied toward another Akita puppy from
Orients Pride Akitas when one becomes available. We understand that the deposits are non-refundable as the
puppy is being held in our name and that other potiental homes are being passed up for the puppy being put on
hold. The only time a refund will be granted is if Orients Pride Akitas
decides to not place or sell a dog to the potential buyer. At any given time Orients Pride Akitas has the right to
refuse to sell a puppy to any potential buyer. Deposits and price of puppies subject to change without notice.
We will only place our puppies in homes that we see fit. * Notice with anyone who gets a puppy from our kennel if
you do not sign the contract for health guarantee you are fully aware that the puppy will not have any type of
guarantee and no AKC registration papers will be given to new owner/buyer and buyer is fully aware of this. We
also understand that Orients Pride Akitas helps us pick the best puppy that will suit our needs.

As we work full time, have children and a hobby farm we can be very busy it is up to you to stay in touch with us if
you chose to get a puppy from our kennel. Email is the best way to get in contact with us as we have teens that
sometimes don't get us our messages.
